Patient Reception

The front desk can be a very busy and at times a chaotic function. Our Patient Reception screen is an easy to use patient management tool, which will ensure effective patient check-in.

• The patient reception screen allows the user to work from a single workstation screen that monitors work flow and tasks associated with patient reception.
• A color coded schedule displays the status of appointments, basic appointment information, insurance co-pay amount and check-in time.
• Color coding also indicates patient arrival/check-in status as well as same day schedule changes.
• Select button option allows the front desk to register patients and print encounter forms, new/existing patient information forms and labels.
• The Patient Reception function has the ability to generate patient specific lists of all same day appointments. Automated co-pay posting feature is also available at the reception area.
